Joe Bosch leads Optimum Associates’ Human Capital Consulting practice. His expertise spans several industries, including Consumer Products, Restaurants, Healthcare, Construction, and Media/Entertainment. He is also proficient in a wide variety of economic environments including: high growth, turnarounds, industry retrenchment, international, mergers, acquisitions, and spinoffs.

Joe has a proven track record of success working with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and acquiring and acquired companies’ executives. In addition he has built several exceptional HR functions, helped reshape corporate culture, and established robust talent management systems.

Before his consulting career, Joe spent over 32 years as an HR Executive. He worked for PepsiCo in a variety of HR roles before transferring to Pizza Hut, another PepsiCo company. In 1997 Joe was appointed the Chief People Officer of Pizza Hut. After leaving Pizza Hut he served as the CHRO for Tenet Healthcare from 2004-06, Centex Homes from 2006-09, and DIRECTV from 2010-15. In 2015 AT&T acquired DIRECTV and Joe left the company with the change in control.

In addition to leading Optimum Associates’ Human Capital Consulting practice, Joe currently sits on the board of Pizza Hut of Ft. Wayne, and the advisory boards of Our Office.io and Allegis Partners. Joe is a member of the HR Hall of Fame, and is a Fellow in the National Academy of Human Resources.

Joe served in the US Army as a military policeman prior to attending college. He started his professional career after graduating from Cornell University’s Industrial and Labor Relations School in 1983.

Joe presently resides in Southern California with his wife Lynn of 34 years. They are the proud parents of three children.
