Organizational Savvy

The Organizational Savvy seminar will provide participants with a comprehensive system of practical and proven strategies, skills, and self-awareness to enhance their organizational impact, increase effectiveness working in the matrix, and optimize career progression, while helping to create and maintain a high integrity and learning culture. The Organizational Savvy model provides a high integrity path to navigating the often “unspoken” areas of organizational life such as power dynamics, competing agendas, perceptions, turf issues, self-promotion, “managing the airwaves,” trust, relationships and integrity with the purpose of helping the right people and the right ideas be successful.

Based on Dr. Marty Seldman’s more than 25 years of experience as an executive coach and 1,700 executive coaching engagements, the seminar utilizes case studies, skill practices and provides participants over 50 proven, practical, and ethical skills and strategies.
